Acoustics By Design Acquires Innovative Engineering Acoustics
Grand Rapids, MI—Effective November 1, 2001, Acoustics By Design, Inc. will acquire the acoustical consulting business of Innovative Engineering Acoustics (IEA).
Kenric Van Wyk, now President of Acoustics By Design, worked with Innovative Engineering Acoustics from 1988-1989 and returned to IEA in 1999 with the goal to further develop several key aspects of IEA’s business. “IEA heartily recommends Acoustics By Design for any acoustical needs,” stated Tim Schultze, PE, Senior Acoustical Consultant for Innovative Engineering Acoustics. “We expect this transition to be seamless."
