Industrial Acoustics

Controlling and mitigating the impact of industrial acoustics is often a key concern of architects, engineers, and facility managers of manufacturing, stamping, processing, generating, and other industrial facilities. Not only do industrial acoustics have an impact on those working in these facilities, but they also affect the transmission of industrial noise and vibration to the surrounding community.

Our consulting experience with industrial acoustics is diverse. We offer a complete range of noise control and vibration isolation services for industry. In the event that an industrial facility is in the design phase or not yet completed, our consultants use industrial acoustical modeling software to evaluate the expected industrial noise and vibration levels. Three-dimensional industrial acoustical modeling helps us analyze the environmental impact of topography, structures, and man-made and natural elements that may act as acoustic barriers or to redirect or otherwise change sound and vibration.

When an industrial facility is already completed, our consultants use sophisticated industrial noise and vibration measurement technologies and acoustical modeling to evaluate existing industrial acoustics and analyze remedies for acoustical issues.

As independent consultants in industrial acoustics, we don’t represent any product manufacturers, suppliers, or other service providers. Accordingly, our clients are assured our consulting recommendations are free from bias and focused only on the best solutions for the issues at hand.
